As you know, griefing & raiding is against the rules. However, we still offer protection against the occasional rude griefer using a very well respected plugin - LWC, and one custom plugin, Homes.

  • /protection - Provides information for locks (chests, doors, etc) and homes in a GUI
  • /allow and /trusts brings up a GUI to edit trusts for protections .

LWC

The other form of protection is LWC. LWC protects single blocks, most commonly blocks with inventories. Here's a full list of what LWC protects:

  • Chests & Trapped chests
  • Furnaces
  • Shulker boxes
  • Dispensers
  • Droppers
  • Brewing Stands
  • Signs (Lock manually)
  • All types of doors
  • All types of fence gates
  • Trap door & iron trap door
  • Beacons
  • Hoppers
  • Anvils
  • Banners (Lock manually)

This means that no one can steal from your chests, open your doors, use your anvils, etc, without your permission.

Commands

By default, except for signs & banners, LWC protections are private; no one can access them but you. However, there are plenty of easy to use commands to modify your protection in many different ways. You can have a donation chest, a protection protected with a password, a completely public chest, or you can just allow your closest friends. Check out the list of LWC commands.

Homes

This custom-made plugin allows you to control other players' access to your sethomes.

You can either lock your home, and then allow certain players, or leave your home unlocked (default) and block certain players. All of this can be managed through an easy to use GUI with a visual representation of your settings. For example, if a home is locked, it will appear as a red wool, and if its unlocked it will appear as a green wool! Neat!

When a player tries to teleport to your home, they go through a series of checks to make sure they have access to that home, and if they are either blocked from the home or the home is locked, they will not be able to teleport.

The GUI allows you to manage your homes as a whole or individually, and also provides one-click access to tools such as setting a new home, teleporting to a home, deleting a home, or re-setting the home to your current location (both of those require confirmation for safety!). A lot of the features - such as allowing or blocking people to your homes - are chat based, much like the previous additions Notes and Alerts. For example, when you click the "Allow" block, it prompts you for the name of the player. Instead of needing a long command with a bunch of arguments, all you have to do is type out the name of the player as if you were sending it to chat. Just make sure you send the full name of the player, not the partial name.

Another neat feature of the Homes system is it completely UUID compatible. All your settings will be saved if you changed your name, and allowed/blocked players will still be allowed or blocked if they change their name.

When you delete your home, the settings, such as if its locked/unlocked, and who is allowed/blocked will be saved for approximately 24 hours. If you do not re-set the home with the same name, the settings will be deleted.

There's only one command you need for this plugin! Use /homes edit to open the GUI and make your changes.
